Coelho Contracting Inc. takes immense pride in our workmanship and as such we offer a 5 Year Warranty for exterior painting projects to be free from any peeling, cracking or paint failure.

This warranty is based on any area larger than 2 sq. feet of siding or trim. Damage to small details around doors or windows due from normal every day use are not covered under warranty. In addition, decking, handrails, and thresholds are not covered under warranty due to continuous wear and tear.
